ITINERIS is a Road Engineering Consulting Company, specialized in studies and designs, consultancies, diagnostics and road infrastructure management for streets, highways, ports and airports. They have a remarkable experience in the service of studies and designs of pavements, pavement management, studies of road geotechnics, geometric designs of roads, and traffic engineering.
The vision is to be a recognised company Nationally and Internationally for its quality and efficiency for the provision of services related to the Road Infrastructure Consulting area.
Pavement Management Services (PMS), has been operating in this field in Australia since 1981. The company has grown from a one-man consultancy into a cohesive team of dedicated engineers, technicians and support staff, providing ‘end-to-end’ solutions for pavement and highway management throughout the world.
PMS has pioneered advanced pavement deterioration prediction techniques used to optimise road maintenance planning over long durations. We provided these services to the Contractor for one of the first public private partnership (PPP) schemes, for maintenance of a road network in Sydney for what was initially a 10 year contract, but extended to a 14 year period, commencing in 1995.
PMS was also the first company in Australia to use Falling Weight Deflectometers to assess pavement strength. Back in 1983 it was clear that sophisticated equipment was needed in order to provide adequate technology to a more sophisticated pavement engineering market. In 1983, PMS acquired the first Falling Weight Deflectometer from Dynatest Engineering A/S in Denmark. FWD-016 was the sixteenth Falling Weight Deflectometer built and the first in Australia.

enLight believes that streetlights should cease to be considered purely as a cost and that they can be modified to be a truly strategic asset - taking advantage of the mains power in the street and the height of the lamp posts.
By upgrading the existing lamp to be more efficient or by augmenting recently deployed LED lanterns, each streetlight becomes a node in the mesh network that flows around buildings and does not have to pass through them.
Sensors can be mounted in lanterns or on the lamp posts to count traffic and measure the air quality - providing time and location linked data cost-effectively for the first time.
Additional sensors can be added to monitor water levels in drains, measure local weather conditions and monitor background noise levels or listen for incidents such as car crime or traffic accidents.
As the network is highly secure and bidirectional, it can also be used as a control platform for dynamically modifying systems like traffic lights based on local conditions or sending information to signs for commuters and visitors. enLight is lighting the way to Smart Urban Infrastructure.
