Yotta’s New Graduate Programme
Yotta is giving graduates with a passion for innovative technology, and a desire to use it to drive business change, the chance of a lifetime by launching a new recruitment drive, supported by a structured training and development programme.
The highways and infrastructure technology company will soon be actively recruiting through local universities and relevant graduate employment agencies and running special recruitment days at its headquarters in Leamington, with a view of bringing five to six graduates forward into the business.
New entrants will go through a 12-month induction period into the business, working in small teams for a period of two to three months at a time in different departments. Once this process is completed, the plan is to focus the new recruits into one specific area of the business.
Anna Morris, HR Manager, Yotta, says: “The pace of change in technology grows ever faster. With our focus on mobile and software solutions and professional services development, Yotta is increasingly at the forefront of that. We are rapidly establishing a reputation as an innovative pioneer, so we are looking to recruit graduates who share that philosophy and are looking to shape the future rather than being stuck in the past.
“We believe we can offer an exciting and rewarding environment for these kinds of graduates. They don’t necessarily have to have a technology or an engineering degree, but enthusiasm for technology and a genuine focus on using it to achieve business change are an absolute must.”
Alongside the new graduate development programme, Yotta is also running a broader recruitment drive for senior professional services consultants with industry knowledge and experience. Key areas of focus include candidates with mobile apps expertise for the software development team and consultants with experience of waste management for the professional services department.
